- Attempt to fix animation uploads for premium plus accounts by retrieving the upload cost from the server upon login ( issue #333 ).
- Make animation uploads more verbose just like sounds and textures.
- Process animation upload cost separately just like textures and sound due to different upload rates being applied depending on account type.
